Queensland Rugby Club 

"Just over two years ago the Club made the decision to redevelop our website to incorporate the ability for new members to join online.  As the Club offers six different types of membership categories, developing the e-commerce side of the website was a rather monumental task, especially as our requirements did not fit the "one size fits all" policy.    To add to the development challenge we required a customised pricing matrix to calculate our membership fees on a pro-rata basis based on the month in which a member joins.  Logisto's "can do" attitude ensured our new website and e-commerce specifications were all achieved and tailored to our exact requirements. 

In addition, Logisto have developed a "back of house" system known as the Webstable CMS which is a customised self managed internet solution providing us with the ability to undertake the majority of our website updates.  We also use this system to manage our online memberships and to create and distribute our newsletters.  Webstable is extremely easy to use and saves us lots of time as we don't need to contact Logisto every time an amendment or update is required.

The Logisto team offer a professional, courteous and knowledgeable service.  Their level of customer service is exceptional."

National Storage

"Logisto developed a National Storage intranet as a platform for sharing policies, procedures, happenings and communications with its staff across 60 locations nationally. When we determined that the next step in our business model was the development of a call centre, there were no software providers for call centre applications in the storage industry. Given that the core of the call centre's requirements was a need to consistently access location attributes, the "aha moment" was when we realised that the intranet could provide the functionality we required at a very low cost, without a lot of bells and whistles that we would never use. Once the structure and user requirements were agreed, implementation was surprisingly straightforward within a relatively short timeframe.

The Logisto team were always open to suggestions and have worked with us to extend the functionality of our call centre application. We are very happy with the result and we now have an intranet-based call centre solution that we maintain ourselves."
